Falls River. Also suitable for a workshop, remote storage, or internet-based business, currently available Lower Mill studios feature cement floors, pine board walls, and exposed wooden beams; leases include heat, electricity, and off-street parking.
Artists interested in a large studio (640 sq ft) with north facing windows and storage closet may contact us to view our most recent opening in the Upper Mill. This space includes electricity, as well as access to a freight elevator.

area, or a short walk from South Berwick's
