Cutter
Family Properties welcomes artists to the historic Salmon Falls Mills on
the Salmon Falls
River. We are still in the process of renovating
old mill space with an eye towards providing quality space at an
affordable rate. We've built our reputation on being able to provide good
space to good artists at a good price. Our latest project is ongoing
throughout 2010. Please call or e-mail us to reserve your river view from
a custom built studio.
Also
suitable for a workshop, remote storage, or internet-based business,
currently available Lower Mill studios feature beautiful views of the
falls and exposed brick; leases include electricity, and off-street
parking, as well as access to a passenger elevator, freight elevator and
a loading dock. Leases can
include additional amenities such as heat & A/C for a single set
price, or the individual artist can pay for their own heat, in order to keep
costs low.
